Step 1: Visit Our Showroom
Drop by the showroom and get to know us. Our designers will take the time to
learn which features, styles and colors appeal to you and to educate you on the
possibilities for your new kitchen. Or come to one of our product demonstrations
or cooking classes for a hands-on approach to exploring your options.
Step 2: On-Site Interview
When you're ready to begin the design process, make an appointment for an
on-site interview. To make the best use of our time together, it's a good idea
for you to complete the appropriate planning questionnaire (see "Get Started"
section) in advance. At your home, our designer will ask you and your family
about how you use your kitchen and what you need in your new kitchen, then
measure and photograph your current space.

|
|
We require a small retainer fee to enter the design phase. The fee is applied
toward the cost of the project when you sign a contract with us.

 |
Step 3: Design Concepts and Budget Analysis
Within 10 workdays, your designer will call you back for a second meeting,
usually in our showroom, to present initial concepts. You will see
computer-generated floor plans, elevations and color drawings, and a basic
budget analysis.
Step 4: Final Design and Contract
To create a detailed estimate and drawings, we now need to work together to
refine the design as well as product and material selections. At this point, we
ask that customers sign a letter of intent and make a down payment. The down
payment is applied toward the cost of the project when you sign a contract with
the Kitchen & Bath Studio.

Once you have finalized every detail, we will prepare a final estimate and the
construction contract. From there we will measure once more and then order all
the products.

Step 5: Construction
The Kitchen & Bath Studio can serve as your general contractor. That means we
will handle all scheduling, coordination of labor and materials, and quality
control. Our project manager will visit your job site daily to ensure your
compete satisfaction.
